The lead-containing flat glass colours of Collection 34 are an interesting alternative to other colours used for ceramic decoration of float glass. Some of the shades which cannot be manufactured without the use of lead can be offered with this collection. The colours can be applied in a very diverse and design-oriented way.
Temperature range:
Glass temperature: 600°C - 640°C
Furnace temperature: 650°C - 720°C
The colours of the collection are subdivided into two groups:
Group 1 = lead-containing, cadmium-free, lithium-free
Group 2 = lead-containing, cadmium-containing, lithium-containing
Collection 34 consists of 22 intermixable colours, an acid etch imitation and five metallic shades.
Please note that adjusting the furnace practice is difficult and critical when using Collection 34 Metallics on tempered safety glass. For this reason we suggest to exclusively use Collection 140 Metallics on tempered safety glass.
77499 Purple was replaced by 771499. Colours are only to be blended within one group.
