Project details:
Due to the special requirements regarding transmission, reflection and absorption the colour used in this project was jointly developed by Ceramic Colors Wolbring and Wolfgang Imminger Consulting.
Glass producer:
Thiele Glas, Schrotzberg.
Load carrying system:
self-supporting glass roof with approx. 37,500 m².
Decoration:
approx. 30,000 m² with the ceramic colour "TG Stadium White", decorated with roller application
Project size:
8500 individual panes in 72 segments.
Glass structure:
2 x 8 mm laminated heat-strengthened glass with particularly high static properties
Total glass weight:
approx. 1600 tons with approx. two tons of ceramic colour
Production period:
nine months.
